Whether at Studio Soursop or inside your boardroom, each team member is allocated a quick 10-minute window. We coach their posture, adjust their wardrobe, and capture clean frames with zero wasted time.

On-Set Approval

Each executive reviews their images on our tethered display immediately following their shoot. They select their preferred frame before walking back to their workday, guaranteeing unanimous satisfaction.

STEP 04

 

FINAL Delivery

Selected images receive natural, high-end retouching (skin smoothing, flyaway hair cleanup, suit lint removal) and are delivered within 14  business days via a secure access link.

How does payment and invoicing work for registered organizations?

We operate directly with corporate accounting departments via formal invoices and direct local bank transfer (CIBC FirstCaribbean, Republic Bank, Scotiabank, etc.). A 50% deposit secures the reserved shoot date, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final retouched image assets.

Should we shoot at your studio or at our corporate office?

For individuals and teams under 6 people, shooting at Studio Soursop is ideal—it provides a private space free from daily office interruptions. For teams of 8 or more, our On-Location Mobile Studio is recommended: we bring professional backdrops and studio strobes directly to your boardroom, saving your staff hours in transit.

How do you ensure new hires match existing team photos in the future?

Every corporate client receives a dedicated digital production sheet in our system. We archive your exact backdrop, light-to-subject distances, modifier configurations, and camera focal lengths. When you bring on new executives in 6 or 12 months, they simply book a quick studio session and match your existing staff directory identically.

What is your standard turnaround time for corporate headshots?

Because team members select their preferred images on-set via live tethering, retouching begins immediately. Standard delivery for retouched enterprise collections is 14

business days. Expedited 48-hour turnarounds for urgent press releases or annual report print deadlines are available upon request.

What usage rights and licenses are included with the images?

All corporate packages include commercial marketing and corporate usage rights. Your organization has full rights to use the assets across company websites, annual reports, LinkedIn profiles, corporate directories, email signatures, press releases, and editorial media features.
